An adventure mystery-thriller video game featuring a groundbreaking art style melds detailed first-person environments with beautifully hand-animated characters.
Role:
Art Lead
I designed the main characters, Tess and Opal, and the systems by which they appear in the correct perspective when animated in-world, in screen space, and examining objects with their hands. I created key frames, storyboards, and animation sequences. I was also responsible for establishing the look and feel of the mobile home environment.
Homeworld: Vast Reaches
2024
An 11-mission, single-player-only story campaign of Homeworld VR, set between the events of Homeworld and Homeworld 2.

I was responsible for determining the art style of existing game assets that needed to be optimized for VR performance. I established the look and feel of the environments and directed the design of characters, ships, UI, and animatics.
The World Next Door

An indie visual novel with real-time puzzle battles that delivers a supernatural story about Jun, a teen trapped in the mysterious world of Emrys.

I planned and organized the project timeline, workflow, and closely monitored the execution and implementation of art assets. I organized marketing campaigns, created promotional assets, and showcased the game at trade shows.
Generation Exile

A turn-based city-builder taking place aboard a generation starship where instead of extracting more and more natural resources to meet your populace’s needs, you only have what you brought with you.

I created a dynamic piece of Key Art to be used for a variety of branding, promotional, and commercial purposes. The design of the image can be adjusted to suit different layouts and scales and can also be animated. I also consulted on the art direction of characters, mid-production.

Pitch for an original video game.

I established the look and feel of a video game proposal. I created concepts for the environments, characters, props which were used in the demo. I created supplemental visuals for the pitch packet.
Robot Island
2020
Play as a robot flight attendant in this 20-30 minute visual novella with 3D exploration.
Role:
2D Artist
I created all of the 2D art assets needed for the visual novel dialogue system. The characters were split into heads (featuring a range of facial expressions) and bodies(featuring a range of expressive postures), so that dozens of combinations could be generated to give the dialogue variety and depth.
